RJ45 Networking Solutions was built on a simple yet powerful vision: to provide the exceptional service and customer-focused support so often missing in the IT industry.

We set out to create an IT company where long-term relationships, technical excellence and client satisfaction would always come first. Over the years we've grown into a trusted technology partner serving organisations across South Africa and beyond. Many of the clients who partnered with us in our early years remain valued customers today — a testament to the trust and lasting partnerships we've built.

Today we support clients across the enterprise, commercial and energy sectors in multiple countries. Distance changes the logistics, not the standard: the same engineers, the same response targets, whether the site is in Cape Town, London or Windhoek.

RJ45 Networking Solutions was introduced to us to assist with our migration to Microsoft 365, moving our on-premises Exchange environment to the cloud. That project marked the beginning of a much longer journey together. Since then, RJ45 has helped us move our entire Microsoft server environment off-premises, across both Oracle Cloud and Azure, and supported our WAN migration to an SD-WAN architecture using FortiGate.

Our head office sits in the Durbanville winelands at De Bron — Cape Dutch gables backed by working vineyards. It is a long way from the warehouse in Paarden Eiland where six of us started in 2009, and it is where the engineering, service desk and account teams sit today.
